Android Question How can we read some ID from a mobile via NFC

Hello all,

I want to create an application to read some unique ID of the other mobile via NFC. 2 options I can

Option 1. My mobile has an app which can read NFC. The mobile does not have any app but NFC is turned ON. Now can my mobile read some ID from that mobile via NFC?

Option 2. to have the app on the other mobile too, and the app in the other mobile transmit some IF through NFC to my mobile and my mobile read it.

I Prefer more on option 1.. But if we can do with option 2, it will be fine.

Currently NFC library only supports NDEF tags.
