B4J Question How do I 'compile for release'? (first time user)

Just downloaded and installed B4J, created a quick UI using the Designer, I can select 'Compile and Run' from the Projects menu. So far it's great...

The Q&A on the main B4J page says
A: When you compile your project in Release mode, the complete app is packaged in a single executable jar file under the Objects folder.

I can't see how to 'compile your project in Release mode'. Am I missing something? (I'm not ready to release anything yet, I'm just trying to see how the process works)

Change to Release and run your program.
