Android Question How do i get FirebaseInstanceId?

Any idea how to get FirebaseInstanceId?

To uniquely identify a device id. i have checked advrtise id snippet but it has a con, sense IT'S RESETTABLE THEN user can change this id which make it useless in identification i read somewhere on stackoverflow that it is recommended to use FirebaseInstanceId in order to identify a device

The advertising id is better. This value is similar to storing a random number on the first run.
