Android Question How do I raise this panel up so my keyboard can show below it?

Hello Guys, I have this panel on my "menu" activity. The visibility is disabled until I click on a button.

I need a sample IME code to raise my panel above the keyboard. It works automatically if the panel was on its on activity.

I'm so sorry for the large sized images.
I totally forgot how to use the IME library. I will report back as soon as I try the IME on my panel.
