How do you trap event when user tries to run an app?

Hi Everyone,

Is it possible to do this in a service?

I would like to trap an event when the user executes a particular app. This way I can prevent my children from going somewhere they should not.

I know there are other apps out there that do that sort of thing.

Please show me some coding samples.
