How get the scrollbar position on TextBox?

Hello, I know how get the scrollbar position on a Form or Panel but not on a textbox... Is it possible?
I want to get the X/Y position of SelectionStart I know how get the X position but not get the Y position coz if we scroll the textbox it can be different...
