How hard to Switch from B4A to B4PPC?

I currently have an app on the android market that I developed using B4A. How can I convert this to a windows mobile app using as much as I can borrow from my B4A project?

Does the Windows maket allo in app purchases and if so, is there something already developed (like the andriod library) to implement into a Window Mobile app?

I am fairly new to windows mobile and would like to convert my current android app as easy as possible.

What device(s) would you be targetting? Are any WM devices still available?

If you ported to B4P that would allow you to compile for PC if you wanted, but that is a different market again.

I was referring to Windows Phone, but incorrectly called it windows mobile.
