Not too difficult....

Buffon must be on a child background (usually green but it can be any color not used in the combination of both"videos"). The rest is video editing/synchro .
2 videos go in, 1 comes out!

Sorry, I meant how to create the "smoke"; I know the "chroma key" (background)

well, if you can create the coloured smoke, then creating the smoke "flag" should be easy... a pvc pipe, a few small holes for the smoke to get through and your in business!

[edit] although this particular effect is looking a bit waterish!
