How interagir with a WebBrowser?

Hi, when I click on a HTML hyperlink I would run a sub function but I just found my own method:
On Navigating URL search for "about:blank," and write in hyperlink href "about:blank,example" but it return "Page canceled" cause when I found about:blank, I want change the HTML Document...

Anyone can tell me if there's a better soluce? I tired to make a hidden Iframe and navigate directly in this frame but unable to call JavaScript
