How much time to calculate for publishing in the market?

Hey,

not really a b4a question I know, sorry for that. But maybe somebody could help me out? Our apllication should launch at at special time in the market. There will be a show event we will take part (13 of June). So we want to release the app especially at this day, for example at midnight or in the morning or late evening at the day before.

My question now is: I'm registered as android developer at google, I paid the 20 or 30 dollar fee. How much time will it take, until the app will be available in store. Maybe instant? Maybe we've to calculate one day?

After you upload/post your app, it just takes minutes until it shows in the Market.

Maybe you could launch it online from the show.

Perfect, I thougt that it might be nearly instant. But I had to confirm my speculations .

Is the publishing of updates also nearly instant, so the user can download after uploading it to my account?

It's the same, new apps, updates, etc take the same amount of time to get posted in the Market.

I would say give it a two hour window to be safe.

In most cases it's under an hour.

I notice results from phone to phone and tablet to tablet
and even searching the website (Google Play) of when an
app shows up, and even an update version of your app/apk

I also think it is a couple of hours.also lately i think noone can comment or vote your app in the first 3-4 hours. They wont even see the empty stars to vote. At least it has happened for me this last few days
