Android Question How override webview contextual action bar when selecting

I want to modify or replace the CAB copy/paste when selecting text in webview by a customized bar.
I am not capable to follow this link

If it is not possible, how detect the event when the CAB copy/paste is opened ?

Désolé, je n'ai pas cherché mais ça me semble difficile sans détourner le 'contextmenu'
