Android Question How to access local CCTV system?

Is there any way to access local cctv system (with channel) through b4a?
I have a cctv system at home and trying to access through internet to access.
It's have ip address, port, login id and password to access.
How can I do it and is there any sample available?

What is the protocol? A simple JPG push or something more complicated?

it's shall be using tcp or udp to access. Like the web base CCTV which we can view the camera channel from the browser.
