Android Question How to access serial com ports...

Hi,
Is there a way to connect to the windows serial ports via emulator (eg.Genymotion)? I want to connect a microcontroller simulator (Proteus) that sends data on com port, to an android device emulator, Genymotion. The problem is that B4A serial library expects a bluetooth or physical USB device to be connected.
Any help is appreciated.
