How To Add custom parameter while creating a setup file

Hi Friends,
I got a Setup Builder From Basic 4 ppc website

But I Want To Add Custom Parameter While A set up is executed
like
serial number
And I want To Know How To Encrypt Our Exe File Added To The Setup Builder
eg:
i added a exe file to setup builder and created setup
and installed it. My installation path is c:\programfiles\mysetup
i founded my exe file is in this folder.My Problem Is once my software is installed any one can Copy it to Their System. And it is work in any system.
How to Block it?

There is no simple solution for this. Do a search for "software protection" for several related threads.
