Android Question How to add Keyword for admob?

I have followed all the methods on the Firebase AdMob forum, but nothing works with the original ad (test ad is successful). the result is always falied to load ad: 3. whether injecting keywords can solve this problem? can anyone do it? code please

It has nothing to do with keywords. Error 3 = no fill.

This is usually resolved after a day or two. It can also happen that Google decides not to serve ads to a specific device.

thx @Erel .. but i've tested by injecting on web (blogger) for my admob with java script (app id,package name, ads unit) .. the result ads showing successfuly.. how come? .. so confusing.. thats 3 days past.. till now still not showing on my apps

anyone who have issue failed to load ads with code 3.. just fill the form.. wait for 2-3 hours..
