Android Question How to backup/export WhatsApp chats?

I thought the WhatsApp database was encrypted
But I see this program can export WhatsApp chats
If FoneTool can do it, even better, we can do it with B4A .

So the question is: if I want to backup/export WhatsApp chats, how do I do it in B4A?

It's strange that an app can do this, given Google's restrictions.
I haven't read that article thoroughly, but I suspect it's only about WhatsApp Web (https://web.whatsapp.com/).
