Let me explain a little more detail:
I have a scanner type of external keyboard connected by USB.
When the user requests data to display the virtual keyboard.
However, the virtual keyboard is not displayed if the connected scanner.
I have to change "Use hardware keyboard" to display the virtual keyboard.
This must be repeated each time the tablet is turned on.

When the "keyboard icon" is touched then displays this menu.

"Use hardware keyboard" says "Yes" and I have to change it to "No".
This must repeat it every time I turn on the tablet.
Can be changed by software?
Can be changed by "manifest.xml"?
Can be changed by setting android?

ahh. No i have understand but i dont know a solution for this. I´m sorry. I suppose this should be posible with reflection and/or javobjects-library.

keyboardHidden

A flag indicating whether any keyboard is available. Unlike hardKeyboardHidden, this also takes into account a soft keyboard, so if the hard keyboard is hidden but there is soft keyboard available, it will be set to NO. Value is one of: KEYBOARDHIDDEN_NO, KEYBOARDHIDDEN_YES.
