Android Question How to code for swiping letter to form a word

Sir Erel, how to code swiping letter to form a word. Just like word hunt puzzle.
Im trying to create a mobile game which is word hunt mobile game. But my problem is, i dont know the code for swiping or drag and drop action to form a word. Thanks sir. Godbless and more power!

i think you need to use libraries for that .. but first you need to be a license user ..

Oo tsong. Im pinoy. Sorry for my english. Can you give me a littel tutorial for that? Actually, I already created a game using b4a but the game play is only clicking the letters to form a word. But now, I want to change from clicking to swiping the letters. Thanks bro.
