Android Question How to convert audio file (mp3 or wav) to byte array for audio streamming?

Hi,
By using walkie-talkie project, I play audio music on my android phone, music can also listen other pc (b4j app). But it is used via microphone, music quality is not good. So I want to play audio file with android app as streamming then I listen music to b4J app on pc. How can I change audio file to convert byte array and how to stream audio to b4j app via wifi?

If the file is not too large then the simplest solution will be to copy the full file and play it locally with MediaPlayer.
