Android Question How to convert video to gif?

Hi there

I plan to take videos, max 20 seconds, the get these converted into GIF and or pixelated images.

Does anyone have an idea. Even blurring the video would do.

I'm willing to donate if someone can come up with a bright working idea. Imma gonna need this for both b4a and b4i.
