How can I check the library thread on Clipboard

I must be stupid, but i cannot get the ClipBoard usage under my hat.
I see all the references but cannot load/open files in basic4ppc or get any help on the clipBoard lib.
Is there any dummy's-way-to-the-clipboard information anywhere?

Type 'clipboard' in the search field, in the upper right corner, and you will get everything about clipboard.
