iOS Question How to create activation icon on iphone screen via B4I?

Hi.

I have created an app to iphone with B4I.
Please let me know how to create activation icon with picture that i will decide and that will be on the iphone screen near all the other apps.

even i change the name as shown it still in blue
wHERE DO I NEED TO PUT THE IMAGES AND WHAT ARE THE NAME THAT I NEED TO GIVE THEM?
