I want to display my banner ad that is the same on every page, so if I switch pages the ad won't disappear, but the page will change, it will still be there like a logo or menu on the website page

You can move views between pages. No need to do anything special. Remove it from its parent on one page and add it to the current one.

To display the same banner ad on each B4XPage page, you can create a custom B4XView that contains the banner ad and add it to each B4XPage
