How to do AirPlaneMode and Answer Incomming call in b4a

I would like to enable/disable AirPlane Mode in Basic for Android
Also I would like to Answer Incomming call and make outgoing Voice Call

Any Idea How I can do this I checked the libraryies and there don't seem to be a way.
