3.Try to translate Klaus's manual to be the book for every countries.

1. I believe visa/master card is common in the world for online purchase including B4i.

3. Anyone can translate the English booklets to their home languages. I used Google Translate to translate sentence by sentence and fixed the incorrect translation manually to Chinese. I am not Chinese educated but self learning Chinese. First thing is the passion and then set it as a goal. There are also other tools like Deepl and Microsoft Office Proofing Tools.

You agreed how big influence or important of English is, as an International language then why not urge Thai programmers to learn English?
To learn any programming language, you also need to know some basic English.
This may changed in the future as AI become more common.

Not having a credit card is not an excuse to learn B4X.
B4X is free to use!
B4A, B4J and B4R IDEs are totally free to download and use to create any solutions. Programmers can even make money from them.
No one is forced to buy B4i.
If you are talking about becoming a licensed member to get privileges of getting their post show up without moderation then there are other things we can suggest.

This is not your fault. It is the government policy or a country initiative towards education.

They are many members here not speaking English as daily language.

There are requirements to meet if someone want to do something.

Example, to become an accountant, you need to know basic Maths.

If someone is not willing to meet the basic requirement then no need to talk about the next steps.

To become a programmer not only need to know English but also creative, analytic and critical mind.
