how to do get the effect of picture? please give me a sample. The icons get from Apps installed on the device. Not a file on Local or sdcard.

You can get the icons with PackageManager (Phone library).

Yes, I saw.
But! It has two methods:
LoadFromHttpJob (HttpJob, MaxWidth, MaxHeight) - Loads a bitmap that was downloaded with HttpJob.
LoadFromFile (Dir, FileName, MaxWidth, MaxHeight) - Loads a local file
The Icons have been got from some Apps installed on device, use which method?
