B4J Question how to drag a Pane in B4J?

Is there a way to make a Pane draggable (to move it in the screen by drag&drop )? I've seen that using B4A this is possible following PanelTouchDrag examples. The preferred solution should be to drag it pointing on his caption like lots of evironments do. Is there a way to achieve this feature?

However I see that you are asking about captions, so maybe you should just use multiple forms instead.
