I use android box devices and it is pretty common to never get the app updated on those devices.
I use a small numeric keyboard on these devices and no mouse, I have tried to open the play store page of my app when the user hit some key combination (since there is no mouse or complete keyboard for use) then hit enter to update. It works, however there are many that just causes an exception and does not open the store.
My question: is there a way to force google play to auto update?
It seems it is not checking that there is changes and never update automatically. I say that because if I open the google play the app remains there with the old version, I need to open and close the store twice to make it refresh its data and then recognize there is a new version;
