How to get app onto my phone..

Hi..
Just started with the b4a developer, and have created my first program..
But can someone please give me some help on how to get this app over to
my HTC Desire??
I guess its not as easy at just copying some compiled files over to the phone ??
If so witch files? .

There's a separate forum for Android users.

Although Erel still monitors the PPC forum you may get a quicker answer via the right one.
