Android Question how to horizontal scroll view like instagram : attached current progress

hi b4x member and team,

I want to implement the simple version of smt like this

so we can swipe little bit, and it snap into the image with the respective number.
is it correct using horizontal scroll view ?
how to achieve that ?

I have already build that for one of my project. But it has some bug so I will post it tomorrow after correction. It has 95% same functionalities like pinch zoom, bottom dot indicator, image counter, background blurring, single tap, double tap etc. and you can use that in b4a and b4i
