How can I increase the title bar height? Mine appears to be small and I would like to enlarge it.

I don't think that it is possible. I assume that you are using the default form style. It shows the native title bar.

If you want to be adventurous, you can create a transparent form and build the title yourself. However I don't think that it work the effort.
