B4R Question How to keep rotating a stepper motor while holding a pressed Up or Down button?

Hi , at first I was trying to control a stepper with constant values of speed and pulse by using Arduino Uno and HC05 Bluetooth , and now I want to keep rotating the motor while button Up or Down are pressed by incrementing the pulse value.Any thoughts?
In addition whenever I press buttons more than 4-5 times Arduino board resets.Any suggestion to avoid this?

This code is completely wrong.

You should never use modal dialogs.
You should never use TextWriter with network streams.
