I would take a Scrollview, add a panel to it. On the panel add other views like imageviews and labels to get this layout like you want. There are some examples to download in the forum.

Others will may use a ready made library. Take a look in libraries here.

I cannot see any listview there. It´s probably a Scrollview and i would suggest using a scrollview with panels like @Klaus Matle already suggested.

Like a CUSTOM LIST VIEW, yes. But in first Post you wrote ListView.

In the screenshot, it's probably a Listview, but not the B4A ListView. My UltimateListView, which is based on an Android ListView, can produce such a result (and the items can be stacked in the reverse order, from the bottom to the top).
