Android Question How to manipulate the RGB Device LED ?

Is it possible to control that LED (mostly an RGB one) built-in in the Device

On mine some Apps let it blink blue, red, orange etc.

This is generally only available with notifications. The Notification Builder lib allows you to set the color, etc. Take a look at the demo app available on the forum and Google Play. Note, not all devices support all colors. Eg, my old HTC Desire Z (G2) only had green and orange. Samsungs tend to be pretty versatile.
