B4J Question how to open a PDF Password protected file with PDFBox or other Class/Library

Is there any classes or libraries like PDFBox or other to allow us to open a Password protected PDF where we know the password.

There are methods in pdfbox (not yet wrapped) to do so.
Do you have an example PDF and the password needed?

There is no such method in PDFBox and there will be no such method.
You need to download the PDF with okhttputils2 first.
