1. Did you change your Private Sign Key?
2. Do not re-use your old project. You need to change/rewrite about >70% of your code.
3. Do not use old Admob account.
4. It's better to use other email service like Hotmail, Yahoo... Never use Gmail anymore.
5. Do not use Google Chrome / Firefox / Cốc Cốc / Opera... or other major browsers on new laptop. You can use Yandex browser instead.
6. Do not use Google to search internet. You can use Bing instead.
7. Generally, do not use any service of Google. Only use Google's competitor services.
8. You can write code on old laptop with temporary package name. But you need to change to another package name then compile on your new clean laptop (of course with new Private Sign Key).
