How to past rich text without losing format?

I'm trying to copy from WordPad and past "here" (on site)

I guess that you are pasting RTF text. If it doesn't work then the editor doesn't support it. Try with a different format. Html for example.

Yes, you had to guess because... I forgot to specify it ?

The aim was to paste on site my texts (notes) written with a word processor - simple, Wordpad; then other formats ...!

No, as you know my posts are always beautiful, even if I wrote them freehand ?


I have notes written with Wordpad, rtf format, and I wanted to paste them here (private conversations), keeping their format, but it doesn't work.

Last test done a little while ago:

open the rtf document with Word;
saved in html format and it already looks different inside Word itself; so... copy and paste... kept the bold and alignment, not the color.
It is better than nothing, however.

It is as an example, but you could probably run it in a webview if you wanted to create your own.
