B4J Question How to prevent app window minimising when running on Windows

I can't believe I can't find a solution to this.

I want to prevent a B4J app running on Windows from being minimised by the user.

Any clues welcomed...

If you set the Form Style to Utility:

TestForm.SetFormStyle("UTILITY")

The Maximize and Minimize buttons are removed.
