from an account how to read and show email list? and select an Item and show the body?

You cannot read the stored emails.

Strange Android .... can we read the contacts but not the emails !?

Do not even intercept when emails are synced?

No. Emails are not part of Android OS. They are managed by the mail app.

The best you can do is to listen to notifications, though it requires a special permission.
