How to remove Layouts off the designer

I have a project and I added 2 layouts, now, one is not needed, if I delete the ".bal" file of the directory, at compiling time I get an error and stops and I cannot continue unless I restore the deleted file, is there a way to do that?

I think there should be an option on the designer for that.
