Android Question How to resolve this ADB error

During my last reinstallation of B4A (after several years of disuse), I followed all the steps in the installation tutorial, but something clearly went wrong.
While I can recompile an old project (and it works!), during compilation, I repeatedly get this error:

What should I do to resolve this error? Apparently, ADB is freezing or crashing and asking to close. I don't know what it is or what B4A uses it for, but I want to resolve it and prevent this error from appearing again.
Working environment: Windows 7 64-bit, 12GB of RAM, latest version of B4A, recently installed

Upgrade to higher windows version and forget about this issue. W10 or 11.
Am I absolutely obligated to do this? Is there no way to reinstall Windows 7 64-bit?
Because, for now, it's IMPOSSIBLE to install it on Windows 11 for my purposes.
If the ADB error doesn't affect the generated apps, I'll continue as is without problems.
Thanks for your suggestion.
