Both of them using this application output only the audio to the ((Arduino))

I have the page below saved in my Arduino (Projects to convert to B4R) folder, but I've not had the time to do it as yet. My plan was to use MQTT to send text from an Android/iOS device to an Arduino/ESP to speak the words out load through a speaker. The plans on the page below are simple enough to follow and manipulating the code via inline C++ should make for a nice and simple learning curve for you.

Does this example work for Android communication with Arduino via bluetooth and it sends speech (not direct) when I press Speak? Is there a library in Arduino to receive audio

No, you would need to add extra code that can be found on the forum. There are obviously BT modules that you can add to your Arduino, I have an HN-10 bluetooth module but I've not used it as yet.
