How to save two bitmaps as one image to phone?

i want to save two images (background and tranparent foreground) as one bitmap to the phone. How does this work?

Using a Canvas object you should draw both bitmaps and then save the image (Canvas.Bitmap.WriteToStream: Basic4android - Drawing (Core))
