Android Question how to send characters to usb ?

Hello everybody.

I want to send 5 characters by usb device with FelUsbSerial library.
I read documentation about FelUsbSerial library but i don't understand if is necessary to initialize the library to transmit characters ?
I'm looking for an example code to generate one or more characters.
