Android Question How to send GSM AT commands to desktop serialport.

Hello. Can anyone help me on how to send GSM AT commands to desktop via network/ip the desktop act as a server for sending SMS using my phone. The GSM module is plugged in to desktop. Now i want to send AT commands to it. The GSM module is not connected to my adroid device. Sorry for my english
