Android Question How to show a email notification on screen with sender and subject?

Hello, i workin on app and need show when an email arrives, with the sender and subject if it possible.

Emails are handled by the email apps. It is not an OS feature.

You can POP3 from the Net library to check for emails, however you will need to ask the user for their mail settings.
