How to trap keystate ?

I am converting an application for blind persons totally vocalized, from Windows Mobile to Androïd.
For all my dialogs i can't create as many buttons as dialogs. So is it possible to catch the state of a button (like AsynchroneousKeystate in Windows mobile)?

Maybe you can use ToggleButtons instead of regular buttons.

ToggleButtons are similar to CheckBoxes. You should use the Checked property to find their state. Basic4android - Views (Core)
