normal libraries are in a extra libraries folder, if this lib (.jar and .xml file) is multiplatform (B4X) you can put this also in a extra libraries folder from b4j.
path to additional lib folder are in ide settings menu / extras / configure path.
you can refresh the lib list in ide and set a checkbox for each lib you will use in project.

You are talking about WHICH LIBRARY exactly?
Not all B4A (ONLY a few) libs are compatible with B4J.
