How to use SQL Expert Personal 3 with Erel's SQL Viewer?

Hi all,
I just study about SQL, After I create db file from SQL Expert Personal 3.
I don't know that how to add db file into android Emulator or android device.
and use Erel's SQL Viewer ? Where is db file? Please help me.

P.S. I don't know that SQL Expert Personal 3 is supported UTF-8 without BOM? I found only UTF-8

You should add the file to the Files tab and then copy it to the SD card with DBUtils.
