I realise that this is probably not the correct forum but can anyone tell me how to use the Aurelien Ribon Texturepacker? I've downloaded it and successfully opened the example "test-me."packprj" and that's as far as I cna get. Simply, how do you put images into the right hand screen of the GUI? I've tried to 2drag and drop" but didn't work. Any (related) suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance

This window on the right is the result window. You cannot put anything in it.
How to use the packer is explained on the packer wiki page. It's simple: you select the directory where are your images, you name your project and set the destination path. That's all.
Thanks, I tried that it it has worked (i think!). One thing puzzles me though. When I opened the "test-me.packprj", I could see the images. But if I open mine, I don't see the image, even though the atlas has been created and appears to hold the right information. I've attached my folders, can you see what I'm missing?
You're right. I get nothing in the right window. There's maybe a bug in the tool, but as its goal is to create the atlas files and it does it well, I wouldn't worry about it. It's a negligible inconvenient (I'm not able to say if I had the same problem with my own files, I didn't pay attention).
I saw your reply on my email but not the thread. Odd. I thought I would see images because when I open the "test-me.packprj" there are images in the results window. I've attached it for convenience.
ok, thanks anyway, I was worried that I wasn't getting something I should. Makes the results window a bit redundant though!
I ploughing my way through your excellent tutorial on libGDX and the associated examples. Brilliant. Now if I could just get my own to work....

Sometimes I write stupid answers because I answer too quickly or because I misunderstood the question. When I realize it, I delete the post. That's why my post was gone when you entered the forum.
